Instructions for Step 1 of 4: Online Student Registration

a) Click on the link “Online Student Registration” present on the horizontal menu bar at the top of the screen

b) This opens up the “Student Registration” Dialog Box in the middle of the screen.

c) You have to fill up the fields shown, namely School Name, Student’s Name, Student’s Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email.

The school’s name has to be chosen from the drop-down options, which are Apeejay School Saket OR Apeejay School Panchsheel Park (Sheikh Sarai) OR Apeejay School Pitampura.

The prospective student’s name should be input in the format “FirstName MiddleName LastName”

Please note that the child is eligible to be admitted only if his/her Date of Birth is between 1^st April 2017 and 31^st March 2018. Any other date of birth outside this range will not be accepted in this field. Mobile Number and Email given can be that of either parent.

d) Click “REGISTER” after filling up all the above fields correctly.

e) You will now be prompted to pay the Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online through the Razorpay payment gateway by clicking on the Razorpay icon. The additional online payment transaction charges (applicable on the registration fee of Rs. 25/-) are clearly mentioned for your reference on the payment screen, and you can choose your mode of payment accordingly. 

f) The “Pay Registration Fee” screen now appears. You only have to fill up the Parent Name field (optional). Other fields are automatically populated based on the information provided by you in the earlier screens.

g) Click the “Pay Now” button and you can now make the payment using ‘Card’ Option or ‘Netbanking’ option.

If the payment is successful, you should get a “Payment Successful Screen” and the details of the transaction will be automatically emailed to the email account given by you earlier.

Please note that the email automatically sent to you contains the very crucial information of Registration No. (unique to your application), which will have to be used by you for filling up the Application Form online (Step 2 of 4).

Please keep this Registration No. confidential since it is unique to your application and is a validation field for the steps that will follow.

You can now proceed to Step 2: “Filling up Application Form” from the menubar on the home screen.
