Instructions for Step 3 of 4: ‘Download Filled Form’:

a) Once you have completed the previous step of “Filling Up Application Form” process, a .pdf file (in Adobe Acrobat format) is generated containing the answers provided by you. You have to download this file, since it is crucial for completing the last step of online registration process.

b) For downloading this file, click on the link “Download Filled Form” present on the horizontal menu bar at the top of the screen

This opens up the “Download Filled Form” Dialog Box in the middle of the screen.

c) You have to once again fill up the initial validation fields shown, namely School Name, Student’s Name, Student’s Date of Birth and Registration No..

Then click on “Download Form” to view/save the .pdf file generated.

This completes steps 1, 2 & 3 of 4.

Now only, step 4: “Submission of Signed Printout” to the school office remains to be completed by you.
